LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues with the address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure that your address is deliverable. If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for paying the price of the new label. 

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Strong Arm Unlimited reserves any and all rights to charge for any chargeback fees and bank fees on behalf of our company should you decide to reverse or challenge any charges made to your credit card if the chargeback outcome is made in our favor. Bank fees may vary.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you purchased from one of our retailers, please reference their individual policies regarding returns and exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If a product ordered is out of stock, a refund may be issued or the customer may be notified of an extended wait time while the stock is replenished. Please contact us at strongarmhawaiians@gmail.com with your order number if you have any questions or concerns.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made in person or sent via mail back to the Strongarm Workshop. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in new and unused condition. Items will be inspected prior to processing an exchange. It is not guaranteed that desired items will be available for an exchange and is based upon availability.

Damages and Issues
