Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your information, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, Strong Arm Unlimited LLC.'s responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

If you experience a delivery issue, we are happy to provide your tracking number, delivery confirmation, and carrier information so you may contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Undeliverable address
  • Failure to claim or accept delivery
  • Refused delivery

the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs before the order will be shipped again.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback that is ultimately decided in favor of Strong Arm Unlimited LLC., we reserve the right to recover any applicable chargeback fees, bank fees, collection costs, and other expenses incurred as a result of the dispute, where permitted by law.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.
  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversized items.
