What are the hours of the Strongarm Workshop?

Are the shirts true to size?
Yes, our Polyester Sub Shirts are true to size. However, we recommend that braddahs with big bellies size up. Most Sub Shirts are unisex or "men's" sizing. Women's shirts are cut differently and usually run one to two sizes smaller than the unisex Sub Shirts. It will be noted in the product description if the item runs smaller than expected.
Do you have 4XL?
Most of our designs do not come in 4XL. We tend to order size 3XL then 5XL - skipping 4XL. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will we be restocking this design?
Restocks are done depending on demand and our budget. Current best way to stay in the know on restocks is to follow our Instagram @strongarm_hawaiians
I placed an online order and chose local pick up. When can I pick it up?
Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up, the address, and when we're open. As a small business we try to fulfill as many order as we can everyday, however please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready for pick up.
Where is the size on the shirt?
For our polyester Sub Shirts and Long Sleeves they are tagless to keep you comfortable. The size is located on the inside of the bottom hem and inside of the sleeves.
How do I wash the shirts?
For polyester sub shirts, long sleeves, and long sleeves with hoods: Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
For cotton t-shirts: Please follow instructions on tag.
Will it shrink?
Our polyester sub shirts, long sleeves, and long sleeves with hoods will not shrink. Please follow care instructions found above and on the inside bottom hem.
What's the biggest size you go up to?
We are able to do size 6 months to 9XL. However, not all designs will be available in all sizes. It will vary depending on demand and availability. Please refer to the individual product page to see what sizes are offered.
I provided the wrong shipping address. How do I fix it?
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues with the address provided at the time of checkout. Our shipping policy can be found here. Please email us at strongarmhawaiians@gmail.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and we can correct it. However, if it is packed and a tracking number is provided you will need to contact USPS to intercept the package.
