Yes, our Polyester Sub Shirts are true to size. However, we recommend that braddahs with big bellies size up. Most Sub Shirts are unisex or "men's" sizing. Women's shirts are cut differently and usually run one to two sizes smaller than the unisex Sub Shirts. It will be noted in the product description if the item runs smaller than expected.

Many of our designs do not come in 4XL. However, newer designs are more likely to offer 4XL. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Many designs are limited runs, once they sell out they may not be restocked. Or they may come back with an updated design. Best way to stay in the know on restocks is to follow our Instagram @strongarm_hawaiians

Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up, the address, and when we're open. As a small business we try to fulfill as many order as we can everyday, however please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready for pick up.

For our polyester Sub Shirts and Long Sleeves they are tagless to keep you comfortable. The size is located on the inside of the bottom hem and inside of the sleeves.

For polyester sub shirts, long sleeves, and long sleeves with hoods: Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

How Do I Care for Sublimated Apparel?

• Machine wash cold or warm (avoid hot water)
• Tumble dry on low or hang dry
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
• No special care needed - the design is permanent!

For cotton t-shirts: Please follow instructions on tag.

Our polyester sub shirts, long sleeves, and long sleeves with hoods will not shrink. Please follow care instructions found above and on the inside bottom hem.

We are able to do size 6 months to 9XL. However, not all designs will be available in all sizes. It will vary depending on demand and availability. Please refer to the individual product page to see what sizes are offered.

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues with the address provided at the time of checkout. Our shipping policy can be found here. However, if it is packed and a tracking number is provided you will need to contact USPS to intercept the package.
