Upon inquiry, Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Strong Arm Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues with the address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure that your address is deliverable. If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for paying the price of the new label.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be made in person or sent via mail back to the Strongarm Workshop. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in new and unused condition. Items will be inspected prior to processing an exchange. It is not guaranteed that desired items will be available for an exchange and is based upon availability.
